Application Form

Students wishing to apply to the Smart Environmental Sustainability MSc can do so using the short & easy steps below. After you submit your application, a counselor will review your details and be in touch to help you complete the full application.

Apply for the program in the following steps:

1. Submit your application (1 May – 30 June 2025)

Applications must be submitted electronically through the Czech University of Life Sciences’ information system. The form is available here. You can also watch instructions on how to submit your e-application.

2. Upload the documents (1 May – 30 June 2025)

All applicants must upload the following documents via the designated upload form:

  • Bachelor’s diploma (in English).
    Applicants who have not yet graduated by the deadline must provide a confirmation from their university indicating the expected graduation date.
  • Transcript of records from the Bachelor’s degree program (in English).
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English.
  • Proof of English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (e.g., standardized test certificate or confirmation of prior studies in English).
  • Passport or national ID.
3. Document assessment (1 May – 11 July 2025)

The submitted documents will be evaluated based on the relevance of the applicant’s academic background and overall performance. Candidates with the most suitable profiles will be invited to an online interview. Applicants who do not meet the requirements will be notified of the outcome.

4. The admission exam (18 July – 8 August 2025)

The online interview assesses English proficiency, motivation for study, academic readiness, and the alignment of previous education with the chosen program. The applicants can be also asked to take the exam earlier. The final decision will be sent by the Czech University of Life Sciences by 22 August. Successful applicants will receive further guidance from the university regarding the next steps.
